Albanian Council of Ministers Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Lithuania

On 2 September 2026, the Albanian Council of Ministers approved the pending income and capital tax treaty with Lithuania. The treaty, signed 25 May 2026, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
