The amending protocol to the social security agreement between Italy and Monaco entered into force on 1 June 2024. The protocol, signed 10 May 2021, is the first to amend the agreement and includes amendments for the introduction of provisions regarding teleworking for employees who work in the Principality and live in Italy, and vice versa. It generally applies from the date of its entry into force.
