Moldova published Decree No. 1591-IX of 16 August 2024 in the Official Gazette No. 364-366 on 22 August 2024, which authorizes the negotiation of an amending protocol to the 2004 income and property tax treaty with Greece. The protocol would be the first to amend the treaty and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
