According to a release from the Tajikistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, officials from Kuwait and Tajikistan signed an amending protocol to the pending 2013 income and capital tax treaty between the two countries on 3 November 2024. The treaty and the protocol will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Further details will be published once available.
