On 3 July 2025, officials from Georgia and Luxembourg signed an amending protocol to the 2007 income and capital tax treaty between the two countries. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
