According to a post by Georgia's Ministry of Finance, officials from Georgia signed an amending protocol to the 2012 income and capital tax treaty with San Marino on 17 October 2025. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
