According to a release from Kuwait's Ministry of Finance, officials from Jordan and Kuwait signed an amending protocol to the 2001 income tax treaty between the two countries on 13 November 2025. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
