According to an update from the Mauritius Revenue Authority, negotiations are underway for amending protocols to the 1998 tax treaty with Oman and the 2013 tax treaty with Rwanda. Any resulting protocols would be the first to amend the respective treaties and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
