Amendment Bill to Implement Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework in Hong Kong

The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department has announced that the Inland Revenue (Amendment) (Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework and Amended Common Reporting Standard) Bill 2026 will be published on 22 May 2026 and introduced into the Legislative Council on 3 June 2026 for approval.
