Andorra Ratifies Pending Tax Treaty with Austria

On 13 August 2026, Andorra published in the Official Gazette the pending income and capital tax treaty with Austria as ratified. The treaty, signed 28 May 2026, is the first of its kind between the two countries. It will enter into force 30 days after the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
