According to a notice posted on the actions of the Antigua and Barbuda Cabinet during its meeting on 22 October 2025, the Cabinet has decided to cancel all tax concessions granted to businesses in the country, effective 30 November 2025. Businesses may reapply to the Cabinet for concessions from 1 December 2025.
