On 21 October 2024, Argentina published Law 27771 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with South Korea. The agreement, signed 27 November 2018, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first days of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
