Argentina Tax Treaty Negotiations Status Update

The Argentine Ministry of Economy recently updated the status of ongoing tax treaty and treaty protocol negotiations. Currently, negotiations are ongoing with:

• Germany, for an amending protocol to the 1978 income and capital tax treaty with Germany;

• India, for an income tax treaty;
