Argentine Ratifies Pending Social Security Agreement with San Marino

Argentina published Law 27817 in the Official Gazette on 17 July 2026, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with San Marino. The agreement, signed 25 August 2023, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
