On 28 June 2024, Azerbaijan's National Assembly approved the law for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Kyrgyzstan. The treaty, signed 24 April 2024, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
