The Official of the Prime Minister of the Bahamas issued a release on 21 February 2024 announcing that the Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-Up Tax (QDMTT) under the OECD's Pillar Two tax framework will be introduced, with draft legislation expected by the end of May 2024.
