Belarus Council of the Republic Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Jordan

On 11 May 2026, the Belarus Council of the Republic (upper house of the National Assembly) approved the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Jordan (government release). The treaty, signed 16 December 2025, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
