Belgian parliament approves draft bill on Pillar Two

Belgium has introduced Pillar Two legislation, including a Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax, Income Inclusion Rule and Undertaxed Profits Rule.
A transitional Country-by-Country Reporting Safe Harbor as well as transitional Undertaxed Profits Rule Safe Harbor is available.
An amendment has been made to the research and development tax credit regime to comply with the definition of a "Qualified Refundable Tax Credit."
