Belgium's Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance has issued a release announcing the return to the usual deadlines for VAT returns and payment from the May 2020 period. As such, the deadline for the VAT returns and payment for May 2020 are due by 20 June 2020. The release also notes that with the return to usual deadlines, the VAT payment for May is due before the VAT payment for April (payment for April previously extended to 20 July due to COVID-19).
