Belgium's Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance has announced a consultation on draft returns (declarations) for top-up (supplementary) tax under the Pillar 2 Income Inclusion Rule (IIR) for tax years 2024 and 2025, as well as the explanatory notes for each. The deadline for comments is 3 April 2026.
