Belgium Extends Annual Tax Return and Pillar 2 Filing Deadlines

Belgium's Federal Public Service Finance has issued a release announcing that the deadline for filing corporate income tax returns has been extended from 30 September 2026 to 15 October 2026. Further, the deadline for filing personal income tax returns concerning specific income types, such as self-employed income, foreign professional income, and certain other income, is extended from 16 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 if filing electronically via Tax-on-web.
