Belgium introduces Public CbCR

Belgium has introduced Public Country-by Country Reporting (CbCR), applicable to financial years starting on or after 22 June 2024.
The implementation is in line with the European Union (EU) Directive, although some key elements are yet to be addressed through a Royal Decree.
