Bermuda's 2026/2027 Budget Statement was delivered by Premier and Minister of Finance David Burt on 20 February 2026. The main changes include payroll tax cuts for certain employers and employees. From 1 April 2026, the employer payroll tax rates will be as follows:
- Annual payroll below BMD 200,000 - 1.00% (unchanged)
- Annual payroll of BMD 200,000 to BMD 350,000 - 2.00% (down from 2.50%)
- Annual payroll of BMD 350,000 to BMD 500,000 - 4.75% (down from 5.25%)
