Brazil has published Legislative Decree No. 203 of 19 September 2025, which provides for the ratification of the pending protocol to the 2018 income tax treaty with Singapore. The protocol, signed 17 April 2023, is the first to amend the treaty. It will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply retroactively from the original effective dates of the treaty.
