Bulgarian Parliament Adopts Bill to Implement Reporting of Cross-Border Arrangements

On 18 December 2019, Bulgaria's National Assembly (parliament) adopted the bill for the implementation of the measures of Council Directive (EU) 2018/822 of 25 May 2018 (DAC6) on reportable cross-border tax planning arrangements.
