Executive summary
On 10 March 2020, Québec Minister of Finance, Éric Girard, tabled the province’s fiscal 2020-21 Budget. The budget, described by the Minister as showing confidence in the future, has three focuses: building a green economy; increasing individual and collective wealth; improving services for Québecers and addressing their needs.
