Canada Revenue Agency publishes anticipated list of designated notifiable transactions

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has published five notifiable transactions that are relevant to the application of new information reporting requirements.
The transactions (and series of transactions) have been designated by the Minister of National Revenue with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance.
Taxpayers may subscribe to the CRA's new electronic mailing list to receive notifications when new notifiable transactions are added to the list.
