On 12 March 2021, the Cape Verde National Assembly approved for ratification the pending income tax treaty with Angola. The treaty, signed 8 August 2019, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
