On 18 May 2013, several changes to the Income Tax Law (Law 91 of 2005 as amended by Law 101 of 2012) were published in the Official Gazette No. 20 bis for 2013 under Law 11 for 2013. The changes apply as of 19 May 2013 unless otherwise indicated. The most important changes are summarized below.
