On 8 July 2020, the Chilean Congress ratified the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI), which is now pending the Chilean President’s approval. Once approved by the President, the MLI will published in the Official Gazette and enacted upon publication. Publication is expected within 30 days of the ratification date.
