China's Ministry of Finance has published Circular 76/2018, which extends the loss carryforward limit for high-tech enterprises and technology SMEs. The Circular provides that effective 1 January 2018, qualifying enterprises that have not offset carried forward losses within the standard five years will have the carryforward limit extended to ten years.
