Costa Rica has issued Executive Decree 42.292-H, which applies from 14 April 2020. The Decree amends regulations for the VAT exemption on leases for commercial activities for the months of April, May, and June 2020 that was provided as part relief measures to mitigate the adverse effects of COVID-19.
