Costa Rica Extends Beneficial Ownership Declaration Deadline for 2020

On 30 March 2020, Costa Rica published Resolution DGT-ICD-R-06-2020 of 26 March 2020 in the Official Gazette, which extends the 2020 deadlines to comply with the requirements for the ultimate beneficial ownership registry (Registro de Transparencia y Beneficiarios Finales).
