Costa Rica's Ministry of Finance has published a draft resolution on the tax benefits for SME's introduced by Law No. 9635 of 3 December 2018. The benefits apply for qualifying SMEs whose gross income does not exceed CRC 106 million and includes a tax reduction during the first three years of operations or commercial activities.
