Croatia and Pakistan to Begin Tax Treaty Negotiations

According to a release from Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, officials from Croatia and Pakistan met on 9 July 2026 to discuss various issues, including the negotiation of an income tax treaty, which is to begin in the "very near future". Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
