Curacao is reportedly negotiating income tax treaties with Cuba, Jamaica, Qatar, San Marino, Seychelles, and the United Arab Emirates. Any resulting treaties would be the first of their kind between Curacao and the respective countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
