Curacao has published the Ministerial regulation setting the individual income tax brackets and rates for 2021. The individual income tax brackets/rates are as follows with effective from 1 January 2021:

• up to ANG 32,304 - 9.75%
• over ANG 32,304 up to 43,073 - 15.0%
• over ANG 43,073 up to 64,610 - 23.0%
• over ANG 64,610 up to 91,530 - 30.0%
