Cyprus Extends Deadline for 2025 Annual PAYE Return

On 16 September 2026, the Cyprus Tax Department announced an extension of the deadline for employers to submit their Annual Withholding Tax and Contributions (PAYE) Return for the 2025 tax year to 30 November 2026. Failing to comply will result in penalties of EUR 150 for individuals (natural persons), EUR 500 for legal entities with a turnover or assets exceeding EUR 1,000,000, and EUR 250 for all other legal entities.
