The Cyprus Tax Department has published a notice dated 25 November 2025 on the expected effective date of the agreement for the exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) reports with the United States and local filing obligations. Note that Cyprus has issued similar notices near the end of each year since negotiations for a CbC report exchange agreement began with the United States in 2019.
