Cyprus and Moldova Commence Social Security Agreement Negotiations

According to a release from the Cyprus government, negotiations have commenced for a social security agreement with Moldova. This was announced after a meeting between the presidents of the two countries on 9 May 2026. Any resulting agreement would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
