The Danish Ministry of Taxation has issued a release announcing the approval of legislation on 4 June 2024 for the implementation of green tax reforms, including Bill L 182 and Bill L 183. As previously reported, this includes CO2 tax changes that will be phased in from 2025, resulting in the following rates in 2030:
