According to recent reports, the Directorate-General for Taxes (DGI) of the Democratic Republic of the Congo issued Official Communique No. 01/291/DGI/DG/DIRAF/DIGR/DIGR/GR/PV/2024 on 17 December 2024, which updated the size-based criteria for taxpayers (enterprises).
