According to a list of decisions from the Dutch Council of Ministers meeting on 13 February, the conclusion of an income tax treaty with Benin has been approved. The Minister of Foreign Affairs will conclude the treaty, which will be the first of its kind between the two countries, and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
