The Polish e-invoicing platform, PeF, which was until recently used only in the public sector, will soon be replaced with a centralized system.
KSeF will be the new governmental hub, mandatory for suppliers to use for transactions on a countrywide level. Since the beginning of this year, it has been possible for businesses to sign up to the system and exchange e-invoices voluntarily. As of 2023, the e-invoicing obligation via the KSeF platform will be entering into force in Poland.
