According to a release from Ørsted, a Danish renewable energy company, an EU advisory commission established under the EU Arbitration Convention has issued a final opinion resolving a long-standing tax dispute between Denmark and the UK, determining that Ørsted's wind farm projects in the UK have a genuine legal and economic purpose and, therefore, are primarily taxable in the UK over their lifetime as they generate power and revenue.
