The Ecuador Internal Revenue Service (SRI) has published a notice on Resolution No. NAC-DGERCGC18-00000249, which extends the deadline for the annual Tax Compliance Report (ICT) in respect of 2017 to 10 to 28 August 2018 depending on the taxpayer's tax ID number (RUC). The ICT is required for both natural and legal persons that have carried out an audit of their financial statements and includes the auditor's opinion that the taxpayer has fulfilled all its tax obligations.
