Ecuador Ratifies Pending Social Security Agreement with Canada

Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa signed Decree No. 341 of 2026 on 26 March 2026, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Canada. The agreement, signed 24 June 2024, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
