According to recent reports, Egypt has published Law 182 of 5 September 2020, which repeals the income tax exemption for interest and capital gains realized on treasury bonds and bills issued by the Ministry of Finance. The repeal of the exemption applies for treasury bonds and bills issued from 6 September 2020.
