Estonia Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Liechtenstein

On 11 September 2025, the Estonian government approved the pending income and capital tax treaty with Liechtenstein. The treaty, signed 10 July 2025, is the first of its kind between the two countries. It will enter into force 15 days after the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
