The European Commission has published the key decisions of its July 2022 infringements package. With respect to taxation and customs, this includes reasoned opinions regarding VAT issues for Cyprus and Greece and excise duties issues for Greece, Latvia, and Portugal, as well as reasoned opinions for Greece and Spain regarding the implementation of ATAD rules on hybrid mismatches with third countries.
